The Central Library of the University of the Aegean is based in Mytilene and housed in the restored neoclassical style building Komninakeio building.

The Mytilene Library branch is at the University Hill, Μytilene

The Chios Library branch is co-housed in the Michalio building.

The Samos Library branch is located in Karlovasi and housed in a refurbished neoclassical style building founded in 1903 formally the Hatzigianneio Girl's School.

The Rhodes Library branch is situated in the Kleovoulos Building, 1st floor, in the city of Rhodes. The University Unit of Rhodes is housed in that same building, constructed during the Italian occupation.

The Syros Library branch is housed on the first floor of the refurbished building of the former Kornilaki tannery, 2 kilometers from the center of Ermoupolis.

The Lemnos Library branch is situated in Myrina and housed on the ground floor of Kydadeio Building.
